Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NDGAMES ("we", "us", "I") handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Ragdoll Battle Simulator (the "App"), and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy.

Short version: I don't ask you for your name, email, or account. The App works without one. Some third-party services (ads and analytics) may collect limited device data to show ads and keep the game running well — and on iOS you are asked for permission before any tracking happens.

Information I collect

I do not collect personal information directly. The App has no sign-up, no login, and no contact form. I never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your own device. If you delete the App, that data is deleted with it.

Information collected by third parties

The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited information to deliver advertising, measure performance, and diagnose crashes. This can include:

Device type, model, and operating system version
Approximate (country-level) location derived from IP address
Advertising identifiers, such as Apple's IDFA — only if you grant permission
App usage events, session length, and crash reports
Language and general device settings

Advertising and tracking

The App may display advertisements. On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any data is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you will still be able to play the full game — you'll simply see less relevant ads.

You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device, or limit ad personalisation in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.

How information is used

Information collected through the services listed above is used only to:

Display and measure advertising within the App
Understand which features are used, so I can improve the game
Identify and fix crashes and technical problems

I do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

I do not operate servers that store your personal data. Any data handled by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, I rely on reputable providers that apply industry-standard safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR (Europe/UK) or the CCPA (California) — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because I do not hold personal data directly, most requests should be directed to the third-party service concerned. You may also contact me and I will help where I can.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
